Marco has a stable job at a large accounting firm. The salary is good and the hours are reasonable. But every morning on the bus, he thinks about his own business idea — a small app for local food markets.
"If I left my job now, I would have more time to develop the app," he thinks. "But if I didn't have a steady income, I would struggle to pay my rent."
He talks to his friend Elena, who launched her own startup two years ago. "It was terrifying," she admits. "But if I hadn't taken the risk, I would still be sitting in a job I hated."
